October Woman is an early set from Michael Garrick with his signature progressive leanings already in place, particularly on Anthem and Fairies Of Oneiros, with the former's ''free' blowing over a 5/4 pulse using only the notes of the scale on which the piece is built'. Features Garrick alongside Coleridge Goode [bass], Colin Barnes [drums], Joe Hariott [alto-sax] and Shake Keane [trumpet]. Recently reissued, so here is your chance to purchase the original! Recorded November 9, 1964.
